Los Gatos Real Estate market stats- The median sales price for homes in Los Gatos CA for Jun 11 to Aug 11 was $815,000 based on 163 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price in Los Gatos decreased 7.8%, or $69,000, and the number of home sales in Los Gatos decreased 10.4%.
There are currently 281 resale and new homes in Los Gatos on Trulia, including 28 open houses, as well as 91 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Los Gatos CA was $1,896,092 for the week ending Sep 21, which represents a decrease of 0.1%, or $2,714, compared to the prior week in Los Gatos neighborhoods.
Cambrian Park Real Estate market stats- Cambrian Park is a neighborhood slightly southwest of San Jose, boasting tree-lined streets, walkability and low crime, making this a desirable area for kids to get out in force on Halloween. Willow Glen’s average price per square foot was $374, down 5.3% compared to last year. There are currently 284 resale and new homes in San Jose on Trulia, including 35 open houses, as well as 224 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Willow Glen was $719,673 for the week ending Sep 21, which was unchanged compared to the prior week.
